We are looking for an experienced Full-Stack Developer with strong expertise in and to join our team and contribute to an active, production-level project. The platform focuses on the restaurant and hospitality industry, providing employers and job seekers with job listings, career advice, and salary insights. You will play a key role in designing, developing, and maintaining scalable solutions that directly impact users across the sector.

Responsibilities:

  • Design, implement, and maintain solutions using for the backend and for the frontend.
  • Work with PostgreSQL as the main database, Redis for caching, and integrate Elasticsearch where appropriate;
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define technical requirements, align on project goals, and ensure timely delivery;
  • Conduct code reviews and enforce best practices to ensure high-quality, maintainable code;
  • Troubleshoot and resolve technical challenges, proactively providing solutions and guidance;
  • Stay informed about emerging technologies and propose improvements that add value to the platform.

Requirements:

  • 5+ years of professional experience as a Full-Stack Developer with a focus on and ;
  • Strong knowledge of NestJS, PostgreSQL, , and , with practical experience in designing and optimizing database structures;
  • Proven ability to design and deliver solutions from concept to production;
  • Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to work independently while contributing effectively in a team;
  • Experience working in fully remote teams with clear communication and collaboration;
  • English proficiency: Upper-Intermediate or higher.

Nice to Have:

  • Experience with Elasticsearch integration and usage;
  • Ability to write and optimize SQL queries for high-load systems;
  • Experience in HTML/CSS layout and responsive design practices;
  • Awareness of AI tools, agents, and AI-driven workflows that can support development productivity;
  • Experience in optimizing performance and security of web applications;
  • Familiarity with modern development environments such as Cursor, Windsurf, or other next-generation IDEs.
