Зараз ми активно зростаємо й шукаємо до команди Анастасії Talent Acquisition Specialist — людину, яка підсилить наш рекрутинговий напрям і допоможе знаходити тих, із ким ми разом створюватимемо сильні продукти.

Що буде у фокусі твоєї роботи:

  • Ведення повного циклу рекрутингу — від пошуку кандидатів до прийняття оферу.

  • Співпраця з hiring-менеджерами: участь у брифінгах, узгодження очікувань, організація всього процесу.

  • Розробка підходів до сорсингу й пошуку для різних ролей: маркетинг, аналітика, продакт-менеджмент тощо.

  • Проведення скринінгів, надання зворотного зв'язку, комунікація з кандидатами на всіх етапах.

  • Робота з ATS (Breezy HR): підтримання актуальності даних у системі, участь в оптимізації процесів.

  • Забезпечення якісного candidate experience.

Ми будемо раді знайомству, якщо ти:

  • Маєш 2+ роки досвіду в рекрутингу або принаймні 2 роки — у сорсингу.

  • Знаєш, як будувати процес найму — від першого контакту до оферу.

  • Умієш взаємодіяти з менеджерами, проявляєш ініціативу й самостійність у роботі.

  • Маєш успішний досвід закриття нетехнічних вакансій.

  • Володієш англійською на рівні Upper-Intermediate або вище.

  • Цінуєш здорову комунікацію, прозорість і орієнтованість на результат.
