Responsibilities include but are not limited to:
- Identify and attract relevant candidates through LinkedIn, job boards, social media, and referrals
- Conduct initial interviews to assess qualifications, experience, and cultural fit
- Work closely with hiring managers and clients to understand job requirements and hiring needs
- Schedule and facilitate interviews, ensuring smooth communication between candidates and clients
- Guide candidates through the hiring process, offering interview tips and insights
- Maintain accurate records of candidate interactions and hiring progress using an ATS
- Stay updated on industry trends, salary benchmarks, and talent market shifts
- Promote job openings and enhance employer visibility through networking and social media
Requirements:
- Proven experience with the full-cycle talent acquisition process
- Sourcing and recruitment tools proficiency
- Skilled in conducting interviews, assessing both technical and soft skills, and determining the best fit for a given role
- Experience using Applicant Tracking Systems, CRM platforms, and recruitment automation tools
- Capable of working autonomously, handling multiple job openings simultaneously, and meeting tight deadlines
- Ability to quickly adjust to various industries, client expectations, and hiring approaches.
- Good interpersonal, communication, and analytical skills
