We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Business Analyst to join our long-term healthcare project — a complex SaaS application designed to centralize workflows for appointment management, invoicing, documentation, and medical item delivery. The product supports US-based home medical equipment (HME) providers and hospitals, helping improve operational efficiency and care coordination.

Does this relate to you?
  • 5 years of experience as a Business Analyst in IT or software development projects.
  • Strong understanding of business process analysis, requirements elicitation, and system design principles.
  • Proven experience in creating detailed documentation: BRDs, FRDs, user stories, and process flow diagrams.
  • Ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams in an Agile/Scrum environment.
  • Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
  • Analytical mindset with attention to detail and a structured approach to problem-solving.
  • Healthcare domain experience (HME, hospitals, or medical SaaS) — a strong plus.
  • English: Upper-Intermediate or higher — required for daily communication with US-based stakeholders.
  • AI projects background is nice to have.
A new team member will be in charge of:
  • Collaborate closely with stakeholders (Product Owners, Project Managers, and Delivery Teams) to gather, analyze, and document business and functional requirements.
  • Translate business needs into clear, structured specifications, user stories, and acceptance criteria.
  • Analyze and model business processes, identify gaps, and propose improvements for workflow efficiency and system usability.
  • Facilitate requirements workshops, interviews, and clarification sessions with business users and technical teams.
  • Ensure requirements are well-documented, version-controlled, and aligned across all project participants.
  • Support the development and QA teams during implementation to ensure delivered functionality meets business expectations.
  • Participate in UAT planning and execution, ensuring traceability from requirements to test cases.
  • Monitor feature implementation progress and assist in change request management.
  • Contribute to continuous improvement of BA practices and documentation standards within the project.
Additional Information:
  • Collaboration with US-based client may occasionally require meetings between 6–8 PM CET.
