Junior ERP Analyst

We are seeking a motivated Junior ERP Analyst to join our Odoo ERP team. This role is ideal for someone with at least 1 year of commercial experience working with ERP systems who is eager to deepen their expertise specifically in Odoo. During the 3-month probation period, you will receive structured training and mentorship to master Odoo's functionality and implementation best practices.

• 1+ year of commercial experience working with any ERP system implementation.
• English level: B2 or higher – confident in communication with clients and colleagues.
• Understanding of core business processes (finance, sales, logistics, HR, etc.).
• Analytical mindset with strong problem-solving skills.
• Detail-oriented and eager to learn new ERP functionality.

• Odoo training program during the 3-month probation period.
• Clear growth path to ERP Functional Consultant or Business Analyst role.

• Analyze and document business processes and requirements for ERP projects.
• Support configuration, testing, and rollout of Odoo modules.
• Assist in preparing project documentation (requirements, specifications, user guides).
• Communicate with stakeholders to gather needs and translate them into functional tasks.
• Participate in UAT (User Acceptance Testing) and help ensure solution quality.
• Collaborate with project managers and technical teams during implementations.
• Provide first-level support and troubleshooting during the project lifecycle.
