Crunch is looking for a Junior Business Analyst to join our team and support ongoing projects. This role is a great opportunity to grow your skills in business analysis while working closely with a Senior BA and project teams.
Responsibilities
- Assist the Senior Business Analyst with daily tasks, requirements, planning, and communication with the development team.
- Take ownership of assigned tasks and work independently when needed.
- Gather, analyze, and document business and technical requirements.
- Support in preparing specifications, user stories, and other documentation.
- Contribute to maintaining clear and effective communication between business stakeholders and the project team.
Requirements
- Solid understanding of business analysis principles, SDLC, and agile methodologies.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to work independently and manage tasks with minimal supervision.
- Good communication skills, both written and verbal.
- Attention to detail and willingness to learn from more experienced colleagues.
