Right now, we're looking for someone who's truly the core team member of any company — a People Partner who'll help us build new and improve existing HR processes.
Key Responsibilities:
- Creating the smoothest, most welcoming onboarding experience for new hires;
- Taking part in performance reviews and helping improve the entire process;
- Structuring and documenting People Management processes;
- Coordinating Learning & Development initiatives;
- Working closely with team managers to enhance employee growth systems;
- Supporting Employer Branding and HR activities to boost engagement across the company.
Requirements:
- At least 2+ years of experience in HR (IT or digital marketing industry experience is a big plus);
- A strong desire to build and shape our HR processes — from idea to full implementation;
- A deep love for Google Workspace environment;
- Solid skills in working with data, metrics, and dashboards;
- A responsible mindset and a strong sense of ownership;
- A bit of perfectionism — you like things neat, structured, and chaos-free;
- The ability to work independently and thrive in a team;
- English level of B2 or higher.
