You will:
  • Coordinate international tender application preparation (ensuring compliance with the requirements, communication with offices preparing applications, EoIs and Proposals (including administrative and commercial parts);
  • Search for in-house and external experts according to given criteria and maintain a relationship with them;
  • Regularly monitor and analyse the list of tenders published by international donor organisations;
  • Submit tenders when requested, and respectively, maintain subscriptions to the international submission platforms;
  • Prepare and regularly update the status of tender submissions in the database/dashboard;
  • Conduct detailed market research to identify potential tenders and suitable consortium partners, and helping in closing the consortia including preparation of company portfolio;
  • Maintain an organized database of all tender documents and related correspondence;
  • Submit the requested tasks and deliverables on time and within the standard required;
  • Ensure strict confidentiality of all tender-related information.
Requirements:
  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Economics, Law, or a related field;
  • 1-2 years of relevant experience in tender preparation or a similar role is preferred;
  • An understanding of international donors procurement processes and tender regulations;
  • Excellent organizational skills;
  • Ability to work under tight deadlines and manage multiple tender processes simultaneously;
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, particularly Word and Excel, while familiarity with tender submission platforms is an advantage;
  • High level of attention to detail and responsible attitude to work;
  • Ability to work in a team and communicate with diverse offices;
  • Ability to multitask and meet strict deadlines;
  • A proactive team player with the ability to work independently;
  • Fluency in spoken and written English.

€950 - €1,300 a month Our salary range starts from 950 EUR gross/month to 1300 EUR gross/month and depends on the candidate's experience and the results of the interviewing process.
