N-iX is searching for a creative and skilled Content Specialist / SMM to join our HR Marketing team and play a vital role in building and enhancing our employer brand globally. The ideal candidate will focus on crafting compelling content for our website, social media platforms, and creative marketing campaigns. This role is an exceptional opportunity for individuals who are passionate about writing, fluent in English, and eager to be part of a dynamic team that drives N-iX's global employer brand.

Responsibility:

  • Develop and implement creative talent marketing strategies to strengthen N-iX's employer brand across various digital platforms.
  • Create engaging and innovative content for the company website, social media channels, and marketing campaigns tailored to attract top talent and showcase N-iX as an employer of choice.
  • Collaborate with the HR and Marketing teams to identify key messages and themes that resonate with potential employees and reflect N-iX's culture and values.
  • Write and edit compelling copy for creative marketing materials, employee stories, company culture highlights, and other employer branding materials.
  • Manage and optimize N-iX's presence on social media and professional networks, ensuring consistent and impactful employer branding.
  • Conduct market research and stay updated on the latest trends in employer branding and talent marketing.
  • Work closely with designers and other stakeholders to create visually appealing and coherent branding materials.
  • Measure and report on the effectiveness of marketing campaigns and content, using insights to continuously improve strategies.
  • Engage in employer branding initiatives, including events, webinars, and workshops that promote N-iX as a great place to work.

Qualifications:

  • 2+ years of experience in content creation, preferably focusing on employer branding.
  • Advanced (C1) or higher level of English proficiency.
  • Proven ability to craft engaging and innovative content that resonates with diverse audiences.
  • Strong understanding of social media platforms, content management systems, and SEO principles.
  • Excellent communication and collaboration skills, able to work effectively with cross-functional teams.
  • Creative thinking and strategic planning abilities, with a knack for storytelling and employer branding.
  • Experience in managing multiple projects with strict deadlines and a strong sense of ownership.
  • Analytical skills to interpret performance metrics and adapt strategies accordingly.
  • Familiarity with the tech industry and an understanding of what attracts top talent in this sector.
