We're looking for a creative and proactive SMM Specialist to help grow Inoxoft's brand across LinkedIn, X, and YouTube. You'll craft engaging content, support the personal brands of our leadership team, and bring fresh ideas that make people stop scrolling. If you're passionate about social media, love experimenting with new formats, and have a good feel for what clicks online – this role is yours.

RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Develop and execute content strategies for Inoxoft's LinkedIn, Facebook, X (Twitter) & YouTube;
  • Build and grow personal brands for the company's leaders (CEO, CTO, etc.) through engaging posts, comments, and authentic networking;
  • Create eye-catching, professional content – posts, visuals, and short videos;
  • Launch creative campaigns to boost brand awareness and community engagement;
  • Collaborate with designers by preparing clear and inspiring content briefs;
  • Share and repurpose client testimonials across different platforms;
  • Engage with the LinkedIn community to build thought leadership and strengthen brand presence;
  • Keep track of social media trends and measure campaign performance through analytics;
  • Research competitors to discover new opportunities and optimize strategies;

REQUIREMENTS:

  • Genuine passion for social media and eagerness to stay on top of trends;
  • Strong writing skills – you know how to craft engaging, clear, and typo-free posts;
  • Understanding of how social media platforms work and what makes a great profile stand out;
  • Analytical mindset – you can research, evaluate, and report results effectively;
  • Basic understanding of video editing (Reels, short-form content);
  • Experience with paid ads is a huge advantage;
  • Upper-Intermediate (B2) written English;
  • Proactive, creative, open-minded, and always ready to try new ideas and grow through feedback;
  • Fluency in meme culture.
