Що потрібно робити:

  • координація впровадження SAFe на рівні ARTs та Value Streams;
  • підготовка та проведення PI Planning, синхронізаційних зустрічей та Inspect & Adapt Workshop;
  • формування та підтримка Agile Release Trains (ARTs) і команд;
  • навчання, менторинг і коучинг команд, Product Owners, Product Managers, Business Owners та стейкхолдерів щодо SAFe-практик;
  • співпраця з Lean Portfolio Management у плануванні ініціатив та управлінні бізнес-цінністю;
  • розробка та адаптація внутрішніх стандартів і процесів під SAFe 6.0.;
  • управління ризиками та вирішення блокерів у процесі трансформації;
  • моніторинг KPI впровадження (velocity, predictability, feature completion rate, time-to-market);
  • забезпечення прозорої комунікації про прогрес та результати трансформації.

Ми очікуємо від тебе:

  • вища освіта (менеджмент, економіка, ІТ або суміжні напрями);
  • готовність до гібридного формату роботи (офіс у м. Києві);
  • досвід роботи у проєктному / програмному менеджменті 3+ роки;
  • практичний досвід впровадження Agile / SAFe / LeSS / Nexus;
  • досвід участі у PI Planning, роботі з ART або портфельним рівнем;
  • бажаний досвід роботи в консалтингу / трансформаційних проєктах / ІТ-компаніях / великих корпораціях;
  • орієнтація на результат, гнучкість мислення та відкритість до нових практик, аналітичне мислення;
  • глибоке розуміння Agile-фреймворків та практик Lean Portfolio Management;
  • навички побудови комунікаційних планів та управління змінами;
  • сертифікації 
    (буде перевагою)
     SAFe Program Consultant (SPC) або Release Train Engineer (RTE);
  • бажано: PMI-ACP, PSM, PSPO, PMP, PROSCI (за напрямком change management).
