Role Overview
As a Business Analyst / Product Manager at , you'll bridge strategy, execution, and analysis — connecting user needs, business goals, and technical delivery.
You'll gather requirements, analyze workflows, and translate insights into clear, actionable product definitions.
You'll collaborate with developers, AI engineers, designers, QA, and customer success teams to ensure every release delivers tangible value and aligns with our vision of empowering users to become thought leaders through AI.
You'll also help automate product processes using Linear, Notion, and AI tools — reducing manual work, improving transparency, and accelerating decision-making.
This role is ideal for someone who combines analytical thinking, product intuition, and technical understanding — and wants to be part of a team that's redefining the future of expert storytelling.

Responsibilities
Product Discovery & Requirements
  • Gather and analyze requirements from internal stakeholders, users, and customer success.
  • Translate ideas into clear product documentation and user stories in Linear.
  • Define and maintain acceptance criteria and expected outcomes.
  • Prioritize backlog items by balancing user value, business goals, and technical feasibility.
  • Stay deeply aligned with Pressmaster's domain — thought leadership, PR, and content automation — to ensure product direction supports the company's vision and users' professional growth.
Analysis & Insights
  • Identify user pain points, patterns, and opportunities through qualitative and quantitative feedback.
  • Evaluate feature impact using structured data and real user behavior.
  • Provide insights that guide prioritization and roadmap decisions.
  • Maintain an ongoing understanding of the AI content and PR automation landscape to identify innovation opportunities.
Execution & Delivery Support
  • Collaborate closely with developers, designers, and QA to ensure alignment on product requirements.
  • Validate delivered features against specifications and desired outcomes.
  • Support QA with business logic, acceptance criteria, and use case scenarios.
  • Keep backlog organized and up to date in Linear, ensuring full visibility across teams.
  • Partner with the Project Manager to ensure timely, quality releases.
Automation & Process Improvement
  • Automate repetitive BA/PM workflows — e.g., backlog grooming, report generation, or feedback summaries.
  • Use AI and Linear automations to enhance documentation, analysis, and decision support.
  • Build efficient templates and processes for requirement gathering, validation, and reporting.
  • Continuously improve clarity, speed, and structure in how product information is shared across teams.
Customer Success & Product Quality
  • Collaborate with the Customer Success and Support teams to analyze user feedback and requests.
  • Ensure that customer insights directly inform roadmap decisions.
  • Track product outcomes post-release and validate that new features deliver real user value.
  • Treat product quality and customer satisfaction as core success measures.
Requirements
  • 4+ years of experience in Product Management or Business Analysis, ideally in SaaS or mobile products.
  • Proven ability to define, document, and communicate clear requirements.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with a structured, outcome-driven mindset.
  • Technical understanding of APIs, data flow, and system interactions.
  • Experience using Linear (or similar tools like Jira, ClickUp, or Asana).
  • Excellent cross-functional communication and collaboration skills.
  • Ability to work effectively in fast-paced, evolving startup environments.
  • Genuine interest in AI, content technology, and thought leadership as a domain.
  • Care for product quality, user outcomes, and business impact.
  • Fluent in English (written and verbal).
Nice-to-Have
  • Experience in products related to AI, content creation, or PR automation.
  • Familiarity with mobile and web product lifecycles.
  • Background in QA, marketing tech, or automation tools.
  • Understanding of how professionals and agencies build credibility and influence through content.
  • Comfort with AI tools for analysis, summarization, and ideation.
