Our client, a leading US-based company, specializes in developing advanced audit automation software that integrates with tools like GitHub to streamline branch management, repositories, and ticket creation during pull requests. Their platform helps reduce the risk of unapproved changes and ensures continuous policy adherence.

We are seeking an experienced and proactive Business Analyst to join our client's dynamic team. The ideal candidate will have strong experience in requirements discovery, stakeholder engagement, and shaping clear, structured documentation for development teams. This role involves close collaboration with cross-functional teams and participation in early discovery and pre-sales activities.

Responsibilities:

  • Work as a Business Analyst on one or more software development projects.
  • Gather and document requirements by engaging stakeholders and deeply understanding their needs.
  • Create and maintain key project artifacts such as user stories, acceptance criteria, process flows.
  • Act as a bridge between clients and development teams to ensure clear communication and alignment.
  • Support discovery and pre-sales activities by analysing business goals and recommending tailored solutions.
  • Collaborate with the sales team during workshops, estimates, and proposal preparation.
Requirements:
  • 3+ years of experience as a Business Analyst on outsourced software development projects.
  • Strong skills in stakeholder communication and requirements gathering.
  • Comfortable working alongside designers, developers, and QA engineers.
  • Ability to manage multiple projects and set the right priorities.
  • Solid understanding of Agile methodologies and the software development lifecycle.
  • Experience working with startups in active and agile atmosphere.
  • Experience with FinTech.
  • Proficiency with tools like Jira, Confluence, Miro, or similar platforms.

Will be a plus:

  • Experience participating in pre-sales and early discovery phases.
  • Accounting, Economics Education
