Team4Code helps companies in Europe and the USA build and scale strong technical teams. We do this by connecting them with high-quality software developers, engineers, and technical specialists from trusted partner agencies around the world.

To strengthen our growth, we are looking for a Talent Partner — someone who works directly with hiring managers, understands their needs, and ensures they receive the right talent quickly and professionally.

This is a commercial, client-facing role with a strong focus on building lasting partnerships.

About the Role

As a Talent Partner, you become the primary point of contact for hiring managers. You will understand their technical requirements, advise them on suitable talent options, coordinate the recruitment flow, and ensure smooth communication between clients, candidates, and our internal team.

This role requires a combination of commercial insight, strong communication skills, and the ability to translate business needs into concrete talent solutions.

Your Responsibilities
  • Act as the main contact for hiring managers and clients
  • Understand client needs and turn them into clear talent profiles
  • Advise clients on market availability, timelines, and realistic hiring expectations
  • Present suitable candidates and prepare shortlists
  • Coordinate interviews and manage communication between all parties
  • Build and maintain long-term client relationships
  • Proactively identify business opportunities and new vacancies
  • Work closely with the sourcing team to ensure quick delivery
  • Support client onboarding and follow-up during projects
  • Optionally: visit clients and partner agencies during business trips
Your Profile
  • Bachelor's or Master's degree
  • Strong command of English
  • Several years of experience in recruitment, account management, or sales
  • Comfortable speaking with hiring managers and decision makers
  • Excellent communication skills and professional appearance
  • Service-oriented, reliable, and commercially minded
  • Able to work independently and manage priorities
  • Proficient with Microsoft Office and Google Workspace
  • Fast learner with a proactive attitude
  • Preferably based in Central/Eastern Europe or Southeast Asia
