Обов'язки:

  • Проведення фінансових аудитів: Здійснення планових та позапланових перевірок, пов'язаних із фінансовою та управлінською звітністю, обліковими операціями і внутрішніми фінансовими процесами компанії.
  • Оцінка ефективності систем внутрішнього контролю: Аналіз існуючих процедур і політик щодо управління фінансовими ризиками, підготовка рекомендацій щодо їхнього вдосконалення.
  • Підготовка аудиторських висновків та звітів: Складання детальних звітів за підсумками перевірок із вказанням виявлених невідповідностей та практичних пропозицій щодо усунення недоліків.
  • Моніторинг виконання рекомендацій, наданих за результатами аудиту, проведення Follow-up аудиту за потреби
  • Надання рекомендацій щодо вдосконалення системи внутрішніх контролів процесів фінансової, управлінської звітності та обліку, відповідно до змін у законодавстві чи внутрішніх політиках.

Вимоги:

  • Вища освіта за спеціальністю: облік і аудит, фінанси, економіка, банківська справа або інші суміжні економічні напрями.
  • Практичний досвід роботи у сфері внутрішнього аудиту, зовнішнього аудиту, фінансового контролю чи ризик-менеджменту (від 2 років).
  • Досвід перевірки фінансової та управлінської звітності, знання вимог міжнародних стандартів фінансової звітності (МСФЗ) буде перевагою.
  • Робота з ERP/ETRM-системами або іншим бухгалтерським і управлінським програмним забезпеченням (SAP, 1С тощо).
  • Досвід взаємодії з бізнес-підрозділами: фінанси, бухгалтерія, ризик-менеджмент, комплаєнс.
  • Участь у внутрішніх або зовнішніх аудитах компаній у сфері торгівлі, енергетики чи фінансів.
  • Рівень володіння англійською мовою В2+.
