About the role:

We are looking for Lead UA Manager to join our team for our new fast-growing AI-powered web project , focused on AI virtual dating experience.

About you:

  • You bring solid experience in web acquisition, with a focus on Facebook and Google Ads.
  • Understanding subscription-based monetization models is one of your strengths, and you know how to make them work.
  • Working with both mainstream and alternative traffic sources feels natural to you, and you're curious to explore new formats.
  • Calm, structured, and reliable - you approach challenges thoughtfully and don't rush into chaos.
  • As a team player with leadership experience, you're comfortable mentoring others while staying hands-on when needed.
  • Solid knowledge of Ukrainian (Intermediate level) is necessary for this role.

Will be a plus:

  • Experience with Adult networks.

Your impact:

  • You'll take the lead on user acquisition for a growing web product and guide a focused team of UA specialists.
  • Running and optimizing campaigns on Facebook and Google Ads.
  • Testing hypotheses, analyzing results, and scaling what works.
  • Beyond leadership, you'll stay hands-on: launching campaigns, troubleshooting, and jumping into the details when it matters most.
