Ми шукаємо людину з уважним, дослідницьким підходом до outbound-кампаній — того/ту, хто вміє визначати цільові компанії, аналізувати їхню структуру та формулювати професійну, персоналізовану комунікацію, яка привертає увагу й викликає довіру.

не
позиція для масових контактів чи швидких результатів. Ми шукаємо того, хто цінує точність, глибину й результати, засновані на релевантності.

Ваші завдання:

1.     
Виявлення й аналіз цільових компаній та осіб.

Ідентифікувати компанії upper mid-market сегменту в Україні з розвиненою ІТ-структурою, досліджувати їхню організаційну структуру, виявляти ключових осіб, які приймають рішення, а також відстежувати їхні кар'єрні переміщення.

2.     
Створення персоналізованої комунікації.

Формувати якісні та структуровані контактні бази в CRM, створювати адресні, релевантні повідомлення для різних каналів (LinkedIn, email, месенджери), будувати автоматизовані ланцюжки й вести комунікацію, яка працює на рівні топменеджменту.

3.     
Аналітика та співпраця з продажами.

Вимірювати ефективність outreach-кампаній, оптимізувати підходи на основі даних і тісно співпрацювати з відділом продажу для постійного вдосконалення тактик залучення клієнтів.

Ви нам підходите, якщо:

  • Маєте від 2+ років досвіду в B2B outbound, дослідженнях або продажах — бажано в компаніях, що працюють у сфері технологій.
  • Мислите аналітично й умієте чітко комунікувати.
  • Знаєте, як стратегічно працювати з акаунтами, а не лише тактично.
  • Вмієте писати цілеспрямовано та адаптувати тон повідомлень під різних осіб, які приймають рішення.
  • Відзначаєтеся високим рівнем проактивності.
  • Цінуєте побудову довгострокових можливостей і конверсію в угоди, а не просто бронювання дзвінків.
