Data Research Specialist

до команди Customer Acquisition / Lead Generation - уважного до деталей фахівця, який допоможе нам формувати точну, структуровану та цінну базу потенційних клієнтів для подальшої роботи команди продажів.

У цій ролі ви станете частиною процесу масштабування міжнародного продукту знаходитимете, аналізуватимете та структуризуватиме дані про компанії та ключових осіб у сферах eCommerce, Fintech та Digital Services, допомагаючи команді захоплювати нові ринки та відкривати нові партнерства.

Обов`язки:

- Пошук та формування баз даних потенційних клієнтів (лідів):

збір релевантних контактів (email, LinkedIn профілей) відповідно до заданих критеріїв ICP (Ideal Customer Profile);

- Масовий пошук юридичних осіб компаній та осіб, що приймають рішення:

ресерч організацій, посадових осіб, розміру компанії, галузі тощо;

- Кваліфікація lead-бази:

регулярне оновлення та валідація контактної інформації, усунення дублікатів та недостовірних даних, оцінка відповідності лідів до цільового профілю компанії;

- Робота з інструментами автоматизації та парсингу:

використання Apollo, LinkedIn Sales Navigator, Apify, Clay, Phantombuster, тощо для масштабованого збору даних;

- Підготовка структурованих звітів:

оформлення результатів у Google Sheets і CRM, з чіткими тегами, коментарями та фільтрами для команд продажу;

- Взаємодія з командами продажу:

передача даних, обговорення критеріїв та корекція підходів залежно від зворотного зв'язку;


Результат роботи:

якісно структурована, верифікована та актуалізована база лідів, яка відповідає критеріям ICP і є готовою для ефективного використання в аутріч-кампаніях.

Вимоги:

  • Досвід роботи з базами даних B2B/лідами або на аналогічній позиції (Lead Researcher, SDR Assistant, Data Entry Specialist тощо);
  • Розуміння принципів lead generation, ICP, TAM, та sales pipeline;
  • Навички роботи з інструментами: LinkedIn Sales Navigator, Apollo, Hunter, , Phantombuster, Apify, Clay, ZoomInfo тощо;
  • Базові знання Excel/Google Sheets (фільтри, формули, обробка великих обсягів даних);
  • Висока увага до деталей, відповідальність, системність у роботі;
  • Базове розуміння B2B SaaS-ринку буде плюсом;
  • Англійська - від Intermediate.
