Currently we are looking for
Travel
manager, who will perform a variety of travel tasks and activities to support our employees traveling on business worldwide. The main Travel Manager's goal is to provide perfect travel experience according to company policy, that values the traveler's time and needs. In this role, he/she will provide relevant traveling packages by determining appropriate travel costs and finding optimal travel solutions.
Responsibilities:
- Oversee and coordinate all aspects of business travel arrangements, including visas, flights, accommodations, and ground transportation
- Assess travelers' preferences and requirements, recommending optimal travel solutions and tailored packages to meet their needs
- Independently research and respond to a wide range of travel-related inquiries and information requests
- Plan and calculate comprehensive travel budgets for both domestic and international business trips
- Advise employees and clients on travel regulations, documentation, and compliance requirements
- Ensure accurate financial reporting of all travel-related expenses
- Maintain and safeguard confidential records and travel files
- Manage relationships and communications with travel service providers, including airlines, hotels, vendors, and other partners
- Prepare client invoicing reports, verify travel balances post-trip, and complete all necessary financial documentation
- Handle business trip documentation and expense reporting in compliance with legal and tax requirements in Ukraine, Poland, Bulgaria, Romania, and Colombia
Requirements:
- Working experience in the same position/industry or both 2+ years
- Excellent collaboration, verbal and written communication skills
- English -Upper-intermediate
- High level of attention to detail and accuracy
- Appropriate handling of sensitive information
- Strong client relationship management and customer service skills
- Positive attitude under stressful conditions and willingness to help wherever required
- Strong Knowledge of MS Office/Web sources such as air companies' websites, , etc.
