Зараз ми у пошуках Travel Manager для нашого клієнта — одного з найбільших розробників та виробників БпЛА для потреб оборони України.

Команда фокусується на постійному вдосконаленню характеристик бортів, використанні нових підходів та технологій. Власні виробничі потужності дозволяють швидко впроваджувати зміни та ідеї.

Майбутні обов'язки:

  • Організація відряджень, бізнес-поїздок співробітникам компанії по Україні та за кордон
  • Розрахунок кошторису відряджень, контроль бюджетів
  • Побудова логістики
  • Бронювання квитків, замовлення готелів, трансферів, ВІП-послуг (при необхідності) в аеропортах тощо
  • Оформлення запрошень, віз, документів, необхідних для поїздки
  • Вирішення організаційних питань, які стосуються бізнес-поїздок
  • Контроль взаєморозрахунків з постачальниками послуг
  • Ведення звітності
  • Комунікація з підрядниками

Необхідні навички та досвід:

  • Вища освіта
  • Англійська мова — Upper Intermediate, буде плюсом
  • Досвід роботи з організації ділових поїздок або турів є обов'язковим
  • Організаторські навички, комунікабельність, гнучкість
