We are looking for a proactive and creative Marketing Specialistto join our team. This role will cover a broad scope of responsibilities, supporting both marketing and sales initiatives while bringing new ideas and fresh energy to our brand presence.

• Manage and grow our corporate LinkedIn account as well as support personal LinkedIn profiles of company owners (social posting, engagement, content scheduling);
• Stay actively engaged in the Salesforce ecosystem, following trends, opportunities, and community activities relevant to our business;
• Manage and improve our Salesforce Partnership status, ensuring alignment with program requirements and maximizing available benefits;
• Keep company listings up to date on external platforms (Salesforce AppExchange, Clutch, G2, etc.) to improve visibility and credibility;
• Conduct market research to support positioning of our services and Salesforce-native products;
• Support employer branding initiatives by creating and distributing engaging content to attract talent and showcase company culture;
• Brainstorm and develop fresh marketing ideas with the team to strengthen brand visibility and support company goals.

• 2+ years of experience in marketing, content creation, or a similar role;
• Strong communication and copywriting skills with attention to detail;
• Experience in social media management and campaign support;
• Creative mindset with the ability to generate and implement new ideas;
• Ability to manage multiple projects and prioritize tasks in a dynamic environment;
• Languages: English — Upper-Intermediate (B2) or higher.

• Familiarity with the Salesforce ecosystem is a strong plus;
• Knowledge of Polish or other languages.
