What we expect from you:

  • Education: Bachelor's or Master's degree in Economy, Human Resources, Business Administration, Management, or related field.
  • Experience: 3+ years in HR, consulting, or organizational development, preferably in client-facing roles.
  • Skills: Strong analytical and communication skills, proficiency in MS Office (Excel, PowerPoint), project management, and stakeholder engagement.
  • Language: English – Intermediate or higher.
  • Mindset: Adaptable, collaborative, and able to thrive in fast-paced, international environments.

Your future role
Participate in consulting projects focused on talent management, HR efficiency, organizational development, and culture transformation.

  • Conduct research and benchmarking, analyze data and industry trends, and generate actionable insights.
  • Prepare high-level reports, recommendations, and presentations for clients and internal teams.
  • Develop tools, frameworks, and processes to improve HR operations and employee experience.
  • Collaborate with clients to design and implement human capital strategies aligned with business needs.
  • Mentor junior colleagues, supporting their professional development and well-being.
