Senior HR Business Partner

As an Senior HR Business Partner, you'll play a role in driving the success of Wix and the growth of our people, partnering with leaders to foster an innovative, people-centric culture where both our employees and business can thrive. You'll be a strategic advisor, a coach, and a proactive partner in all aspects of HR.

In your day-to-day, you will:

• Be a trusted advisor and proactive partner — understand our business, influence positive change to meet business objectives and participate in implementing managerial and people-related strategies
• Coach and guide leaders on employee relations, recruitment, growth and development, wellbeing, change management and other areas of HR
• Identify people trends within the business and collaborate with HR colleagues and stakeholders to design and implement people-focused strategies and solutions
• Collaborate effectively with colleagues and stakeholders across the globe
• Participate in the final stages of the recruitment process while developing a strong partnership with hiring managers and candidate advocacy
• Champion and embed the Wix culture and values throughout the employee journey, from onboarding to career development

• 6+ years of experience as an HR Partner in a dynamic, multicultural tech environment
• Proven ability to build trust, influence senior leaders and their teams, and manage stakeholders effectively, demonstrating excellent communication and interpersonal skills with empathy and confidence
• Strong analytical skills with the ability to translate data into actionable insights and compelling narratives to support decision-making 
• Proactive, agile, and open-minded approach, with the ability to be comfortable with ambiguity and thrive in a constantly evolving environment
• Genuine passion for people and a drive to make a tangible positive impact on the business and the journey of our people 
• Ability to use AI to enhance and streamline daily HR work
• Full professional proficiency in English, both written and spoken
• Based in Kyiv
