Чим ви будете займатися:

  • Повністю відповідати за воронку залучення користувачів — від ідеї до реалізації та оптимізації.
  • Аналізувати конкурентів, ринкові тренди та поведінку користувачів задля виявлення нових можливостей для зростання.
  • Постійно генерувати, перевіряти та пріоритизувати сміливі гіпотези для A/B тестів і покращення воронки.
  • Вести повний цикл експериментів: ідея → дизайн → розробка → аналітика → інсайти → масштабування.
  • Тісно співпрацювати з кросфункціональними командами: performance-маркетинг, продакт, аналітика, креатив і інженерія.
  • Працювати з креативною командою над кампаніями з чіткими ціннісними пропозиціями.
  • Використовувати AI-інструменти (наприклад, ChatGPT, Midjourney, фреймворки автоматизації) для пришвидшення досліджень, ідей та реалізації.

Що допоможе вам досягти успіху:

  • 2+ роки досвіду в Product Marketing, Growth, Product Management, Performance Marketing або схожих ролях.
  • Глибоке розуміння воронок залучення, механік утримання користувачів, юніт-економіки та ключових метрик.
  • Досвід запуску A/B тестів, аналізу результатів та формулювання практичних висновків.
  • Досвід роботи з аналітичними інструментами (Amplitude, GA, Tableau тощо) та перетворення даних у дієві історії.
  • Сильні дослідницькі навички — здатність виявляти тренди, аналізувати конкурентів та глибоко розуміти потреби користувачів.
  • Англійська не нижче Upper-Intermediate — здатність чітко формулювати ідеї, гіпотези та результати.
