As our operations expand across R&D, production, and field deployment, we are looking for an experienced Head of Security to build and oversee a robust, military-grade security framework across all functions of the company — from facility and operational security to digital and information protection.

This role is critical to ensuring the safety of our people, assets, technologies, and mission.

What is your Day to Day Mission:
  • Develop and lead a comprehensive corporate security strategy (physical, digital, operational, personnel)
  • Manage facility security operations, access controls, and surveillance systems
  • Oversee cybersecurity programs in close coordination with IT and Engineering departments
  • Conduct risk assessments, implement mitigation plans, and establish incident response protocols
  • Liaise with Ukrainian military, law enforcement, and regulatory authorities on all matters of security and compliance
  • Create and maintain internal security standards, training, and awareness programs
  • Collaborate with Legal, Compliance, and HR on background checks, data protection, and secure hiring practices
  • Build and lead a multi-layered security team (internal and/or external experts) as needed
What you bring to the team:
  • 5+ years of leadership experience in corporate or government/military security roles, preferably in defense, aerospace, or industrial tech
  • Strong knowledge of Ukrainian and international security requirements, risk management frameworks, and data protection standards
  • Experience managing classified or sensitive environments
  • Operational understanding of physical security systems, cybersecurity principles, and secure logistics
  • High personal integrity, sound judgment, and ability to manage confidential matters discreetly
  • Ukrainian fluency required, English will be a plus
  • Background in military or security services — an advantage
