Ми шукаємо досвідченого Technical Support Engineer, готового приєднатися до нашої команди та виконувати задачі з підтримки роботи інфраструктури, розширення та оптимізації системи моніторингу, автоматизації робочих процесів.

Вимоги:

  • Досвід адміністрування операційних систем Linux (Centos, Ubuntu, etc)
  • Досвід роботи з системами моніторингу, такими як Zabbix, Prometheus (досвід роботи з CloudWatch та Grafana буде плюсом)
  • Знання Bash-команд
  • Досвід роботи з Git.
  • Досвід роботи з веб-серверами Apache та Nginx (мінімум – базове розуміння принципів роботи вказаних веб-серверів)
  • Досвід роботи та базове розуміння реляційних баз даних (Mysql, etc)
  • Розуміння основних мережевих протоколів: DNS, HTTP/HTTPS, SMTP.
  • Досвід роботи з системами управління конфігураціями, наприклад, Ansible/Puppet.
  • Досвід роботи з інструментами інфраструктури як коду, такими як Terraform (мінімально – базове розуміння роботи сервісу).
  • Досвід роботи з AWS та його сервісами (бажано)
  • Досвід роботи з CloudFlare буде плюсом
  • Досвід написання скриптів для автоматизації мовою Bash або Python
  • Досвід роботи та знання поштових сервісів (Zimbra, Postfix, Exim) та телефонії (Asterisk) буде плюсом.
  • Англійська мова на рівні читання документації та листування.
Обов'язки:
  • Технічна підтримка серверів та сервісів, а також вирішення технічних задач від користувачів та технічних команд, пов'язаних з роботою серверів та сервісів.
  • Автоматизація рутинних задач за допомогою скриптів та інструментів автоматизації.
  • Пошук та ідентифікація проблем, допомога з їх вирішенням.
  • Конфігурація, підтримка та розширення систем моніторингу.
  • Впроваджено систему чергувань. Черговий реагує в неробочий час на термінові запити та сповіщення від систем моніторингу.
