Capgemini Engineering is expanding its Service Desk team for our client, a global leader in health technology. We are currently looking for Technical Support Agents with strong English and at least one additional language from the following: Spanish, French, German, Dutch.

We are looking for candidates based in one of the following locations: Kyiv, Lviv, Odesa, or Rivne, with the possibility to work remotely.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Send initial notification emails to customers who haven't yet been contacted
  • Follow up with customers who have already received communication
  • Make outbound calls to customers (scripts and content will be provided).

Requirements:
  • Upper-Intermediate English and at least one of the following: Spanish, French, German, Dutch
  • Strong communication skills
  • Willingness to learn and work in a structured support environment.
