The ideal candidate is someone who thrives in a dynamic, collaborative environment, can balance creativity with precision.You should be a strong team player with excellent communication skills, eager to collaborate with cross-functional teams, and ready to take ownership of projects from concept to delivery. Most importantly, we're looking for individuals who share our values, believe in collaboration, and want to be part of a workplace where creativity, accountability, and ambition are celebrated.The role is based in Ukraine.Team composition:Team of 6 including the Art Director, Design Team Lead, 1 Senior Designer, 2 Designers, and 1 Web Designer.Responsibilities:Create professional and visually engaging presentations for internal initiatives, potential clients, and business events;Design marketing materials - banners, key visuals, and promotional assets for web, email, SMM, and PPC campaigns;Develop original graphic concepts and maintain a consistent visual identity across all projects;Create aesthetic and functional web page designs aligned with usability and UX/UI principles;Prepare print-ready materials;Collaborate closely with marketing and development teams to deliver cohesive design solutions.Requirements:Minimum 3+ years of experience in design;Strong command of Adobe Creative Suite, Figma, and Microsoft PowerPoint;Experience working with at least one AI design tool (Midjourney, Firefly, Runway, etc.);Solid understanding of brand books and visual communication principles (colour, typography, composition, and design theory);Basic understanding of UX/UI and usability principles;Ability to work within and maintain a design system;Experience with Jira;Proven ability to generate creative, on-brand ideas aligned with marketing and design trends;Strong attention to detail, responsibility, and proactivity in managing tasks;Fluent Ukrainian / Russian and Upper-intermediate level of English or higher.What you should expect from us:Growth & Development: Clear career paths, mentorship opportunities, and access to continuous learning to help you reach your full potential.Flexibility & Well-Being: We provide flexible work arrangements and initiatives that empower you to manage your schedule effectively, stay productive, and thrive both personally and professionally.Recognition & Impact: A culture that celebrates achievements, values your ideas, and empowers you to make real contributions from day one.Innovative Culture: Be part of a company that embraces new ideas, modern technologies, and bold thinking to stay ahead of the curve.Benefits & Rewards Package: We provide competitive compensation and benefits designed to support you and your family.
