Що треба від кандидата:

  • ​      Досвід роботи на позиції
    Game Designer

від 2 років
- ​      Знання та розуміння
класичних ігрових механік

, принципів
гейміфікації

, трендів у сфері мобільних ігор.
- ​      Досвід у створенні та
балансуванні

ігрової економіки та монетизації

.
- ​      Досвід у написанні
ігрової документації (GDD, Feature Docs, Balance Sheets)
- Рівень англійської мови
B2+

(усна та письмова)

Буде плюсом, якщо:

  • ​       Вмієш
    візуалізувати ідеї

або малювати прості концепти у
Photoshop

Figma

Miro

тощо.
- Розумієш принципи або маєш досвід роботи з UI/UX.
- ​       Розумієш
ігрову аналітику

, метрики утримання та монетизації.
- Маєш досвід на позиції ГД у

Level Designer

Що ти будеш робити:

та технічні описи для команди розробки.

програмістами, художниками та продюсером
