Role Description

This is a full-time position for a UX/UI Designer, User Interface Designer or Web Designer based in Kyiv. The candidate will be responsible for developing user interfaces, creating web designs, app designs and ensuring their visual appeal and functional efficiency. Tasks will include developing responsive web designs, collaborating with developers and creating graphic materials as needed.

Qualifications

Conducting user research

Creating user personas

Developing customer journey maps

Analyzing competitors

Building information architecture (IA)

Creating user stories and user flows

Conducting user interviews

Designing wireframes

Running usability testing

Working with composition, color, and typography

Designing clean and intuitive user interfaces

Building design systems (components, styles, guidelines)
