Overview
Mastercard has a vision to building and strengthening a leadership position as the only truly multi-rail payments technology company across the globe including Europe.
Therefore, the Mastercard Move EEMEA team is looking for a Business Development Manager focusing on driving long-term and short-term strategic initiatives in commercializing Mastercard Move in Ukraine and Moldova.
Your role will involve crafting compelling value propositions, developing go-to-market strategies, driving business development, and collaborating with local account management teams & customer solutions centres. You'll also maintain a constant alignment with the regional product team to ensure our products evolve to meet the division's needs.
Role
In This Client-facing Position, You Will:
- Lead the commercialization of Mastercard MOVE
- Work in close relationship with all stakeholders (e.g. local and divisional BD teams, Market Development, Digital Partnership, Enterprise Partnership) to execute the plan and to identify new opportunities, select prospects, and achieve sales targets.
- Support the Regional Team defining, tracking, reporting and communicating commercial and financial KPIs
- Build business cases, develop new business models, sign agreements / partnership to improve Transfer Solutions' footprint and competitiveness
- Maintain Budgeting cycle updated and aligned with the Strategy (including definition of targets, KPIs and forecasting)
- Leverage market analysis and insights to inform product and go-to-market strategies
- Advocates for and champions Mastercard MOVE internally and externally
- Work in close relationship with the regional product's team to maintain constant alignment on local markets needs
- Collaborate with stakeholders to ensure smooth implementation.
- Drive actions to enhance the performance metrics of Mastercard Move use cases.
All About You
The ideal candidate for this position should:
- Have experience developing and executing business development across different payment types, technologies and customer segments
- Have experience executing strategies into clear action plans in multiple markets
- Have Knowledge of Cross Border payments Business, market economics and dynamics of FX (i.e., through having worked in transaction / correspondent banking or Money Transfer Organizations)
- Have relationship management skills
- Have a successful track record managing P&L
- Have experience managing senior-level relationship
- Be a Strong and confident writer and speaker, to effectively communicate your feedback to stakeholders
