In terms of industry verticals, we are focused on EdTech, Fintech, eCommerce, and Pharma.We are looking for a Sales Development Representative (part-time)to help drive growth in AI, EdTech, FinTech, and Healthcare industries.Responsibilities:Lead Generation: Identify and research companies that may require IT outsourcing services.Initial Contact: Send emails and use other outreach methods to establish initial communication with potential clients.Lead Qualification: Assess potential clients' needs and evaluate their fit for the company's offered services.Service Presentation: Showcase the company's IT solutions, demonstrate their benefits, and align them with client needs.Collaboration with Sales Team: Transfer qualified leads to sales managers for further processing and deal closure.Requirements:IT Industry Knowledge: Understanding of key IT outsourcing concepts, technologies, and market trends.Communication Skills: Strong verbal and written communication abilities to clearly and persuasively convey information.Sales Skills: Experience in sales or business development, with proficiency in negotiation and relationship-building.Outreach Experience: Hands-on experience with multi-channel prospecting (LinkedIn, email, events).English Proficiency: High level of English to communicate effectively with international clients.Self-Motivation: Ability to work independently, take initiative, and stay goal-oriented.Career Growth Perspective:At Altamira, an SDR has strong potential to grow into a Business Development Manager role. This transition involves managing the full sales cycle, developing business growth strategies, and leading sales teams.
