Financial Manager espatriato
per la gestione finanziaria e amministrativa di un progetto triennale di sviluppo attivo
nelle regioni di Kyiv, Chernivtsi e Rivne
, finanziato da AICS (Agenzia Italiana per la Cooperazione allo Sviluppo).
La figura selezionata opererà in stretta collaborazione con il Project Manager, il Desk Officer per i progetti internazionali e l'area amministrativa della sede di Milano, garantendo il coordinamento e la supervisione delle attività contabili e di rendicontazione.
Attività principali:
– Garantire la gestione contabile, amministrativa e finanziaria del progetto, coordinando il personale contabile e amministrativo locale e i consulenti esterni;
– supervisionare la pianificazione, il monitoraggio finanziario e la rendicontazione, assicurando la conformità alle procedure del finanziatore e della Fondazione;
– gestire i rapporti amministrativi con partner, finanziatore, banche agenzie competenti in materia fiscale e autorità competenti, collaborando con il Project Manager, il Desk Officer e la sede centrale;
– redigere la rendicontazione mensile e finale, curando l'elaborazione dei report finanziari in collaborazione con la sede centrale e nel rispetto delle procedure del finanziatore;
– curare l'implementazione di procedure interne per ottimizzare i processi amministrativi e garantire la compliance fiscale in Ucraina.
Requisiti richiesti:
– Laurea in ambito economico;
– esperienza (min. 3 anni) in gestione finanziaria (pianificazione e monitoraggio) di progetti umanitari internazionali;
– conoscenza delle procedure dei principali donatori (AICS, UE) e gestione audit;
– ottimo inglese e padronanza di Excel;
– capacità organizzative, autonomia, leadership e problem solving;
– flessibilità, negoziazione e gestione risorse umane.

Contratto di collaborazione continuativa e coordinata di 36 mesi
