Наразі знаходимось в пошуку Financial Planning&Budgeting Manager для підсилення нашої команди.

Функціонал позиції:
— Підготовка річного бюджету та квартальна актуалізація бюджету компанії
— Супровід та надання допомоги учасникам бюджетного процесу, контроль своєчасності та правильності якості даних, що надходять від учасників бюджетного процесу
— Аналіз витрат, розробка пропозицій щодо їх оптимізації
— Формування аналітичних звітів по проектах
— Здійснення контролю за статтями доходів та витрат, перевірка та верифікація казначейських транзакцій
— Підготовка презентацій на щомісячній основі, аналіз план-факт виконання бюджету;
— Автоматизація, ведення та вдосконалення системи управлінського обліку, робота в Google Sheets
— Вдосконалення бізнес-процесу бюджетування та розробка облікових форм звітності
— Контроль в здійснення фінансових операцій групи компаній, у т.ч. внутрішньогрупові звірки
— Участь у впровадженні системи ERP Dynamics 365, супровід та контроль переходу ведення звітності із Google Sheets в BUSINESS CENTRAL
— Контроль та участь в побудові звітності в Power BI
— Формування та надання інформації на запит керівництва
