Main task:

Strategic planning and сoordination

Coordinate and, following the leadership of the TOP team, support the preparation of the company's long-term strategy, involving key stakeholders and other relevant teams.

Active Participation in Market and Competitive Analysis

Regularly track and analyze macroeconomic indicators, regulatory changes, technological advancements, and emerging trends in the industry.

Performance Monitoring and Reporting

Coordinate the development of key strategic KPIs and the plans necessary to achieve them.

Project Management

Oversee the execution of strategic projects, ensuring they are delivered on time and within budget.

Building a strong, high-performing team of project managers

Drive the formation, growth, and excellence of a high-performing team of project managers, ensuring they effectively support the implementation of the company's strategic initiatives.

Cross-Functional Collaboration

Together with the team of project managers work closely with the functional teams and departments (e.g., Finance, Marketing, HR etc.) to align functional strategies across the organization.

Candidate Requirements:

Education:

Bachelor's degree (required); Master's degree in Strategy, Project Management, Economics, Finance, or a related discipline (preferred)

Work experience:

7+ years of experience in strategic planning, management consulting, or a similar role, including international background

Demonstrated and proven experience in leading cross-functional initiatives, in the development and implementation of new products or technologies in heavy industrial sectors

International Business Development, including partnerships, project business, and (optionally) distribution setting up

Skills and Competencies:

Strong project management abilities, including experience with frameworks like Agile or Lean.

Proficiency in planning, organizing, and controlling project execution, with experience in modern project management tools (e.g., MS Project) and AI applications.

Proficiency in strategic planning tools (e.g., SWOT analysis, PESTLE analysis).

Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to interpret complex data.

Excellent written and verbal communication skills.

Knowledge of financial modeling and forecasting techniques.

Leadership and team collaboration skills.

Knowledge of marketing fundamentals and strategic planning.

Fluent English.
