Position Summary
Samsung Electronics Ukraine is looking for a SmartThings Presales Manager in Kyiv, Ukraine to handle Smart Things PRO opportunities and VD solutions.Role and Responsibilities
Role and Responsibilities
- Conduct market research (analyse competitors, efficiency of sales strategies, etc.)
- Actively approach targeted business clients (telephone, email, social networks, events, etc)
- Technical consultation and solution creation
- Project planning and coordination between the departments and external partners to ensure project execution
- Visual Displays presales in Moldova
What we need for this role
To be successful, you will possess the following skills and attributes:
- B2+ level of English
- Years of experience: 3+ (KAM, PM, Sales Manager, B2B)
- Areas: Smart Signage solutions, Consumer Electronics

- A 'can do' and positive attitude, and the ability to perform well under pressure, always providing the customer with more than they were expecting
- The ability to stop, review, measure and document challenges/opportunities and bring them to the attention of the relevant stakeholders for support and resolution
- Be able to cope well with change and the ambiguity which may exist while change is effected
- The ability to put the customer and their experience/journey first
