У зв'язку з активним розвитком компанії ми шукаємо Global Maintenance Manager, який відповідатиме за підтримку та розвиток систем технічного обслуговування на всіх наших чотирьох виробничих майданчиках. Основні обов'язки:
  • Формування та розвиток системи технічного обслуговування і ремонту обладнання на різних виробничих локаціях;
  • Координація роботи локальних команд технічного обслуговування;
  • Аналіз показників ефективності обладнання (OEE, MTTR, MTBF) і пошук шляхів для їх покращення;
  • Впровадження єдиних стандартів технічного обслуговування, TPM-практик і підходів до управління активами;
  • Контроль якості та безпеки ремонтних робіт
  • Керування та координація роботи ремонтного персоналу
  • Забезпечення ефективного використання матеріальних та фінансових ресурсів
  • Ведення обліку виконаних робіт та витрат
  • Участь у розробці та впровадженні заходів з підвищення ефективності ремонтної діяльност
  • Взаємодія з іншими структурними підрозділами підприємства
  • Дотримання вимог техніки безпеки, охорони праці та пожежної безпеки.
Вимоги:
  • Вища освіта (технічна)
  • Досвід управління командою кваліфікованих інженерів
  • Знання процесів ремонту та технічного обслуговування обладнання
  • Вміння читати технічну документацію (креслення, схеми, інструкції)
  • Вміння планувати та організовувати ремонтні роботи
  • Навички контролю якості та безпеки ремонтних робіт
  • Вміння працювати з програмами для управління ремонтними роботами
