Опис вакансії

Основні обов'язки:

  1. Ведення кадрового обліку відповідно до законодавства України та внутрішніх політик компанії.
  2. Підготовка та оформлення кадрових наказів, облік відпусток, лікарняних, відряджень.
  3. Формування та ведення особових справ працівників.
  4. Ведення обліку та оформлення договорів з ФОП.
  5. Робота з BAS "Зарплата та управління персоналом" та внутрішньою CRM-системою.
  6. Формування табеля обліку робочого часу.
  7. Підтримка HR-процесів і участь у проєктах відділу персоналу.
Навички

Основні вимоги:

  • Вища освіта (бакалавр/магістр).
  • Практичний досвід з ведення кадрового обліку від 3 років.
  • Знання трудового законодавства.
  • Досвід роботи з програмою BAS "Зарплата та управління персоналом" (1С).
  • Впевнений користувач MS Excel та інших програм пакету MS Office.
  • Увага до деталей, відповідальність, системний підхід.
  • Знання мов: українська, англійська - на рівні не нижче Intermediate.
