We are looking for an experienced specialist to join our dynamic HR & Payroll team in Kyiv

Key Responsibilities

• Organize and maintain complete HR administration work in compliance with the Ukrainian legislation;
• Input of necessary data on employees of the Client companies (salary data, hiring, dismissal, transfer, sick leaves, vacations, etc.) in the payroll database;
• Collect and prepare the necessary documents for employment, dismissal, salary or position change, and/or any other change in the employment conditions of employees;
• Preparation and filing of HR reports, statutory and corporate;
• Provide clients with information in respect of labor legislation and local practice;
• Review work of Junior Specialists in respect of assigned clients;
• Participation in HR audits;
• Testing and setting up HR programs (1C), participation in automation, and direct work with a technical specialist;
• Active participation in the setups of clients' companies, setting up work processes at the initial stage.

Key Requirements

• 2+ years of relevant experience in different HR areas;
• Relevant higher education and/or prove relevant professional qualification;
• Good knowledge of Ukrainian labour legislation;
• At least an Intermediate level of English;
• PC skills (word, excel, power point, accounting and personnel applications (1C application of any configuration), M.E. Doc, tax cabinet, etc.);
• Ability to work with the different office equipment; - Attentiveness to the details;
• Compliance with deadlines;
• Result-oriented.
