Customer Support Manager

Медичний проєкт шукає Customer Support Manager'а, який допомагатиме з обробкою фінансової інформації, пов'язаної з перебуванням пацієнтів у госпіталі США. Робота схожа на позицію медичного саппорта, але з більшою увагою до фінансів та документів.
Що ви будете робити:
- Вносити інформацію про пацієнтів у внутрішню систему;
- Перевіряти умови страховки пацієнта;
- Збирати фінансову інформацію: рахунки, активи, рух коштів;
- Формувати та надсилати рахунки до страхових компаній у США;
- Відстежувати надходження оплати;
- Спілкуватися з представниками медичних установ та страхових по телефону (дзвінки в США).
Що нам важливо:
- Високий розмовний рівень англійської мови (особливо важливо — досвід живого спілкування);
- Уважність до деталей, аналітичне мислення, відповідальність;
- Досвід у підтримці клієнтів, роботі з документами або фінансами буде плюсом;
- Графік роботи: з 14:00 до 23:00 (під американський час);
- Формат: робота з офісу у Львові.
