Trans-Pro Logistics is a 3PL (Third Party Logistics) company based in Canada with over 30 years on the North American market. We provide long-distance transportation services (ground, air & ocean) to North America manufacturing companies that have shipments to move.

Duties:

  • Manage shipments from booking to delivery;
  • Negotiate with carriers;
  • Make appointments, tracking, and updates;
  • Maintain open communication with traders;
  • Build lasting relationships with carriers;
  • Verify all relevant documentations pertaining to each shipment;
  • Problem-solving and assisting carrier partners.

Requirements:

  • English level at least Upper-Intermediate (B2);
  • Outstanding organizational and coordination abilities;
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills;
  • Experience in Customer Support will be appreciated;

Working conditions:

  • Evening Shift from 15:00 to 00:00 local time.
