ZONE3000 is an international IT company serving over 13 million clients worldwide. We help customers register domains, use web hosting, email services, and SSL certificates. In partnership with Namecheap, one of the top 3 domain name registrars, we've been creating high-quality products for 25 years.

We are looking for a proactive and detail-oriented People Operations Specialist to join our People Partners Team.

In this role, you will support a wide range of people-related initiatives and internal processes, helping us build an outstanding employee experience and strengthen our internal culture.

What will you be doing?

This role will be a perfect fit for you if you're at the beginning of your professional career and want to work with systems & people in a multinational environment. If you're selected, you will:

  • Design, launch, and analyze employee surveys to gather actionable insights and support data-driven decisions.

  • Prepare regular reports and presentations to support HR and business unit needs.

  • Take part in People Team and cross-functional business unit projects, contributing to planning and execution.

  • Support the development and execution of quarterly and annual recognition programs and employee nominations.

  • Suggest and implement new ideas, aimed to solve the challenges of our internal customers;

  • Organize and support team events, work with the range of streams to ensure high people engagement;

  • Support the onboarding process, internal selections, internal education process;

  • Complete periodic audits of documentation, procedures and data in systems;

  • Process adhoc administrative tasks.

Your personal and professional profile

  • Being an excellent communicator;

  • Advanced user of MS Office and Google Docs;

  • English – Upper-Intermediate;

  • Excellent presentation skills;

  • "Out of the box" thinking and good sense of humor;

  • Being a team-player with the ability to collaborate within a diverse team;

  • Attention to details;

  • Exceptional time-management skills;

  • Being ready for multitasking.
