Natus Vincere шукає відповідального та організованого трафік менеджера, який допоможе забезпечити безперебійну роботу, ефективний розподіл та своєчасну реалізацію задач дизайн-команди.

Основні задачі:

  • Збір технічних завдань (ТЗ) та інформації від внутрішніх замовників (департаментів медіа, маркетингу, мерчу та операційного відділу).
  • Створення або редагування брифів та ТЗ.
  • Пріоритизація та ефективний розподіл задач між дизайнерами, з урахуванням їхнього завантаження та компетенцій.
  • Оптимальне планування та використання ресурсів дизайн-відділу.
  • Систематичне відстеження та оцінка прогресу задач, виявлення потенційних затримок і проблем.
  • Контроль дедлайнів та статусів виконання задач дизайн відділом.
  • Взаємодія з іншими департаментами для узгодження пріоритетів і термінів виконання робіт.
  • Взаємодія та комунікація з усіма юнітами протягом виконання завдань та проєктів.

Що ми очікуємо:

  • Досвід управління навантаженням дизайн-команди (Traffic Manager, Project Manager).
  • Високий рівень організаторських здібностей та вміння працювати з великим обсягом інформації.
  • Сильні комунікативні та лідерські навички.
  • Досвід роботи з проджект менеджмент інструментами (наприклад, Worksection чи аналогічними).
  • Базове розуміння Figma.
  • Перевагою буде досвід роботи в креативних командах.
