Job Title: Affiliate Manager — Gambling / Betting

Working Hours: Full-time

Vertical: Gambling / Betting

Location: Remote/Ukraine/ Europe

Language: English (Upper-Intermediate+)

Compensation: Fixed base + bonuses (depending on performance)

Requirements:


• 1–2+ years of affiliate marketing experience in Gambling/Betting


• Proven track record of closing major deals & building long-term partnerships


• Own database of advertisers & partners (exclusive conditions a big plus)


• Deep knowledge of traffic sources & optimization methods


• Solid understanding of pricing models: CPA, CPL, RevShare, Hybrid, Flat Fee


• Experience working with multiple GEOs (affiliates' and brands' side — a plus)


• Excellent negotiation & communication skills


• English: Upper-Intermediate+ (spoken & written)

Responsibilities:


• Search for & onboard key partners and brands


• Conduct competitive analysis & identify new growth opportunities


• Negotiate & close profitable deals


• Monitor traffic quality & campaign KPIs


• Handle communication & resolve critical situations with advertisers


• Monitor payouts, holds, chargebacks & provide reporting to management


• Collaborate with internal affiliate & media buying teams


• Launch scaling initiatives to maximize ROI


• Represent the company at major international events

Candidate from any country of Europe who have experience working with Tier1 and Tier 2 geo are most welcome
