What hard skills are required?

• At least 1 year of experience in Affiliate/Sales/Account/Business Development Manager positions in affiliate marketing or iGaming (gambling, betting).
• Deep understanding of the CPA model and key performance marketing metrics (CR, EPC, ROI).
• Knowledge of the specifics of working with Tier 1–3 markets.
• Understanding of traffic types: FB+webview, PPC Search, ASA/ASO, UAC, SEO, email marketing.
• Proficiency in S2S technology and gaming terminology (wager, baseline, mindep).

What would be an advantage?

• An existing base of partners (webmasters) ready to cooperate.
• Interest in Affiliate Marketing news and desire to stay up to date with trends.
• Experience working in CPA networks or media buying companies.
• Participation in conferences and active communication with other market players.
• Understanding of UAC, email, SEO.
