департамента и находимся в поисках опытного и инициативного специалиста на позицию
Quality Control Manager


Из основного по обязанностям:

  • Проверка коммуникаций менеджеров по установленному регламенту;

  • Заполнение карт качества;

  • Выявление ошибок и рекомендации для устранения;

  • Подготовка отчетов и обратной связи;

  • Участие в развитии QC-регламентов, шаблонов и процессов;

  • Отдельные проверки по запросу тимлидов команд;


Что для нас важно:

  • От 2-3х лет опыта работы в сферах: affiliate marketing, support, quality control management;

  • Уверенное владение Google Sheets таблицами (формулы, фильтры, сводные таблицы): для ведения карт качества и отчётности;

  • Понимание специфики рынка iGaming и работы affiliate-менеджера;

  • Знание основных принципов affiliate маркетинга: трафик, офферы, ставки, KPI, партнёрская коммуникация;

  • Владение Slack, Google Drive: для работы внутри команды и с документацией;

  • Английский язык B2+ для чтения, анализа и написания комментариев по коммуникации.
