Our customer is an API Management and System Integrations Practice, focused on designing and developing next-generation hybrid cloud platform solutions and implementing them across multiple clients and engineering teams.

IF YOU ARE
  • Experienced working with Celigo for at least 6 years, ideally with Celigo Admin Certification
  • A professional with a proven implementation of Celigo custom flows involving complex logic and data transformations
  • Adept at engaging with Celigo Support to shepherd an issue through to resolution
  • A practitioner of Salesforce standard methodologies and functionality
  • Aware of Netsuite standard methodologies and functionality
  • Skilled in designing, implementing new processes, facilitating user adoption and documenting complex requirements
  • Familiar with data manipulation, migration, and management
  • Knowledgeable in translating requirements into technical solutions
  • Accustomed to change management and governance
  • A creative and analytical thinker with strong, independent, problem-solving skills
AND YOU WANT TO
  • Serve as domain specialist and systems administrator for our Celigo system that is used to integrate several critical systems
  • Ensure that Salesforce and Billing Netsuite systems continue to communicate as needed in order to process live deals with our customers
  • Provide outstanding internal support on system issues including system availability, and performance optimization to our business partners
  • Triage a variety of issues to address and resolve or escalate and shepherd issues to satisfy the needs of the business
  • Work with a geographically dispersed team in an Agile fashion to present a "unified front" of support and success to the users we support
  • Leverage the latest out-of-the-box features of Celigo and/or justify and solve for custom solutions
  • Collaborate across multiple internal teams on integration projects to ensure that the overall solution is well designed and supportable
  • Evaluate and streamline business processes by using systems tools and automations
