A Day in the Life

As a Senior Community Advocacy Specialist, you'll report to the Advocacy Manager and work within a local, cross-divisional team. You'll be at the forefront of building and engaging a thriving creator community, driving user-generated content (UGC) and brand advocacy across multiple brands. Your role will include:

  • Creator Community Management: Build and engage a vibrant creator community within the loyalty program, fostering UGC creation and advocacy.
  • Multi-Brand Activation: Lead and execute multi-brand influencer campaigns, including online/offline events and emerging segment initiatives.
  • Social Commerce & Retail Activation: Develop and implement strategies for social commerce and retailer-driven influencer activations.
  • Trend & Insights: Identify emerging trends and translate them into actionable recommendations for brand and advocacy strategies.
  • Cross-Functional Collaboration: Share knowledge and best practices across brands and divisions.
  • Performance Analysis & Optimization: Track, measure, and optimize initiatives to maximize impact and demonstrate value.

We Are Looking For

You're a natural at building relationships and driving impactful advocacy strategies. You'll thrive in this role if you have:

  • Expertise in developing awareness campaign strategies and working with influencers.
  • In-depth knowledge of the social media marketing industry.
  • Strong project management and organizational skills.
  • Excellent interpersonal, relationship-building, and networking abilities.
  • Interest in and understanding of beauty and cosmetics trends.
  • A Bachelor's degree and Upper-Intermediate English proficiency.
