About the Role:

We are a global pharmaceutical company undergoing a large-scale digital transformation. As part of this journey, we are launching the implementation of Microsoft Dynamics 365 Finance & Operations (ERP), and we are looking for a
Project Manager/Coordinator
to join our team and lead this key initiative.

This role offers the opportunity to work at the intersection of IT and business operations, ensuring the smooth execution of the ERP implementation project within a regulated, fast-paced environment.

Key Responsibilities:

• Coordinate all stages of the ERP MS Dynamics 365 F&O implementation project
• Manage project timeline, budget, scope, and resources
• Collaborate with internal business units to gather and clarify requirements
• Act as the main point of contact between internal teams, external vendors, and stakeholders
• Monitor project progress and prepare regular status reports for management

Ideal Candidate Profile:

• Proven experience in ERP implementation projects, ideally with MS Dynamics 365 F&O
• Strong project coordination or project management skills
• Understanding of regulatory environments (GxP, GMP) is an advantage
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work full-time from our office in Vyshneve (Kyiv region)
