We are looking for an experienced manager specializing in art production in the game industry to join our team. This role offers the opportunity to participate in both small and AAA projects. As Art Manager in our studio, you will be responsible for coordinating the work of a large art team covering areas such as concept, 3D ART, VFX, Tech Art, Animation, and many others. You will also participate in developing proposals for our clients and communicate on behalf of our team. If you are familiar with the gaming industry and have experience working in game development and with creative people, this position may be for you.

Requirements

• 5+ years of experience in the video game industry, in-depth knowledge of graphics development processes.
• 3+ years of direct management experience in the arts or creative production.
• Deep understanding of the fundamentals of game graphics (concept, 3D, VFX, animation).
• Knowledge of production processes and project management tools.
• Excellent communication skills.
• High level of English proficiency.

Responsibilities

• Managing the allocation of resources for the art department.
• Organizing project evaluations.
• Establishing relationships between cross-functional teams.
• Supporting the department's organizational processes.
• Communicating with clients.
